Booking Policy

Before booking a place on a workshop, please ensure you have read and understand the following terms and conditions:
 

1.     Acceptance of terms and conditions
By completing the registration form for a particular workshop, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below and they will be incorporated into the contract between us. The contract is formed when we send you a booking confirmation email.

 

2.     Payment
Payment for the workshop is made via Wix secure online payments on our website and you consent to us passing your necessary details to the payment provider and to them processing your information to complete the transaction. 

 

3.     Refunds
Payments are refundable up until 14 days before the start of the workshop. An admin fee of £10 will be deducted from the price paid to cover the cost of the Wix payments transaction. We cannot provide a refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the start of the workshop.

 

4.     Cancellation
There may be circumstances in which we need to cancel the Workshop. In such circumstances, we will provide you with a full refund.

 

5.     Liability and Disclaimer 
Our sole liability in relation to any cancellation shall be limited to the price paid by you for the workshop and we shall not be liable under any circumstances for any other losses incurred due to the cancellation of the workshop (e.g. any accommodation or travel you may have booked).

 

6.     Photography and filming
We may wish to photograph or film during the workshop and reserve the right to do so for the purposes of promoting future workshops. If you do not wish to be included in any photographs or films of the workshop, please make this known to us before the workshop starts.

 

7. Data protection
We will communicate with you using the contact details provided on the Booking Form for the purposes of the workshop. Please also see our Privacy Policy for information about how your data is stored and used.

 

8.   Travel and accommodation
You are responsible for making your own travel and accommodation arrangements to and from the workshop. If you are late or prevented from attending the workshop due to travel delays or any other circumstances, we are not be obliged to provide you with a refund.

 

9.   Disability, medical conditions and food allergies
If you have any disability, medical condition or food allergy that requires us to make special arrangements for you, please email us at melkasculpture@gmail.com as soon as possible and at least 14 days prior to the start date of the workshop.

10.   Limitations of Liability
Whilst every reasonable precaution is taken by us to ensure security and safety at the workshop, we shall not in any way be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you whatsoever in relation to the workshop.

Our total liability for any matter arising out of the contract shall in all circumstances be limited to the price paid by you for the workshop and we shall not in any circumstances be liable to you for any consequential loss whatsoever.
